现在谈起自己的病,小周说得头头是道:“人的大肠里有大肠杆菌,正常情况下,这种菌对人没什么危害,但如果肛管部位被一些硬物什么的划破了,大肠杆菌与它物共同作用;就会使肛管部位化脓感染;由于肛管部位几乎没什么神经,患者自己不会有疼痛的感觉。没感觉不等于没问题,肛管部位的脓液不断地渗透、扩散、侵蚀附近的肌肉和黏膜。久而久之,就会在人的肛管等部位蛀出洞来,形成肛瘘。如果不及时治疗,脓血就会不断地向四周侵蚀,侵蚀了尿道会造成尿瘘,再严重会造成败血症,直接威胁生命。病中已占第一位;肛肠疾病中最常见的有痔疮、肛瘘、肛裂等。肛肠病有一个特点就是延误治疗的比较多。主要是患者认为小病一件,不值得大惊小怪,或是觉得病得不是地方,羞于给人说,认为也许忍一忍就会好的。最后延误了治疗,给自己带来更大的痛苦。
 
 
提肛运动防止痔疮和脱肛
 
提肛运动能改善局部血液循环,改善肛门括约肌功能,预防肛门松弛,对防治期痔疮和脱肛颇见功效。方法(作、卧、站立均可):吸气时,肛门用力内吸上提,紧缩肛门,呼气时放松。每次肛门放松、紧缩30次,早晚各一次。若能采取胸膝卧位(双膝跪姿,胸部贴床,抬高臀部)做好提肛运动;则效果更好。屈髋体肛运动的效果更好,方法是:仰卧床上,两腿交叉上提屈曲髋部(使大腿尽量于腹部贴近),连做20-30次。屈髋时呼气,放松肛门,每天早晚各一次。
 
长期站立或久坐易得肛肠病
 
造成肛肠病得原因除了遗传因素外,还有不良生活习惯及职业因素:
 
1、上厕所时看书看报,造成下蹲或排便时间延长,会导致肛门直肠内淤血而诱发疾病。
 
2、腹泻和便秘时肛肠疾病的重要发病因素。便秘是最大的祸根,直肠内长期滞留有毒物质不仅可诱发直肠癌,并且粪便堆积,影响血液循环,用力解出干燥粪块,必然会使肛门承受较大压力,产生淤血、肿胀、列口等一系列病理改变。腹泻常是结肠疾病的临床表现,腹泻也能使肛门局部感染机会增多,产生肛窦炎、炎性外痔、肛周脓肿等疾病。
 
3、长期饮酒或喜食辛辣食品的人,隐隐纠合辛辣物可刺激消化粘膜,造成血管扩张,结肠功能紊乱,肛肠疾病的发病率会明显上升。
 
4、长期站立或久坐。因治理或静坐姿势,肛门直肠居*下部,痔静脉回流不畅。
 
做仰卧起坐运动,可增加腹肌力量,对于提高排便功能很有帮助。
